Rob glances around nervously. “Honestly dude…” Angelo says, “I have no clue what you’re so nervous about, she CLEARLY likes you back.”0.13 - To Need a Ride page 2/11 Robert is in frame, arms crossed and smirking. “Not sure what you’re yappin’ about, bro!” he says, “I am coooooool as a cucumber right now…”0.13 - To Need a Ride page 3/11 Robert looks over at Angelo just off frame, now sweating. “Like, come on! Do I LOOK nervous?” We hear somebody out of frame call out to a Robbie.0.13 - To Need a Ride page 4/11 Robert and Angelo are approached by a nervous yellow shirted girl, Maya. Her and Robert share some words. “Hey, so could’ja still drive me home later? I can’t find any cheap Ubers right now…” she asks, car keys dangling from the back pocket of her shorts. “Oh, y-yeah!” Robert responds. “Just let me know when.”0.13 - To Need a Ride page 5/11 Maya clasps her hands together and smiles, relieved. “A-alright! Thank you, Robbie.” “I know I’ve needed a lot’ah rides lately..”0.13 - To Need a Ride page 6/11 Robert smirks and looks at something just out of frame, trying to appear as nonchalant as he can with sweat dripping down his face. “Aw, yeah, don’t sweat it, dude.”0.13 - To Need a Ride page 7/11 Maya is blushing slightly, holding eye contact with Robert while pushing her chest up towards him. She says nothing.0.13 - To Need a Ride page 8/11 Robert observes Maya’s attempt at flirting and smirks to himself. However, the flirtatious nature of this gesture flies completely over his head as he blurts out the first thing that comes to mind, judging by Angelo’s shocked response. “You alright down there, dude?” Rob says. “Hehe~ yup!” Maya replies. “Are you serious??” Angelo mutters to himself.0.13 - To Need a Ride page 9/11 Maya and Robert are the only ones willingly engaged in what has proven to be quite the awkward exchange, with Angelo distancing himself from the two out of second hand embarrassment by looking the other way. We also see what appears to be Maya’s car keys clearly dangling from her back pocket. “Guess I’ll see you later then!” Maya blurts out. “Alright!” Robert replies.0.13 - To Need a Ride page 10/11 Maya dashes away from Robert and Angelo, blushing heavily and sweating. Her car keys would’ve been clearly visible to Robert, had he not been staring off in the distance in one last effort to keep up the cool guy persona. Angelo glances over to Robert with a worried expression. “Oh, Robert…” Angelo mutters to himself.0.13 - To Need a Ride page 11/11 Angelo is in awe of just how utterly clueless Robert is, and spells out that day’s events to get this point across. It seems as if everyone except Robert knows that Maya is into him. Robert is looking away from Angelo, blushing and sweating. “She DROVE you here in HER OWN CAR,” Angelo exclaims, “wants YOU to give HER another ride, and she doesn’t like you back?!”
